Day 1 - Monday
Breakfast
2 poached eggs, 2 rashers bacon and avo
Lunch
Salad with feta cheese and chicken/tuna with mayo and olive oil
Dinner
Pork chop with cauliflower rice, green beans and any other veggies grown above the ground
Day 2 - Tuesday
Breakfast
Fried eggs, bacon and fried tomato ( fried in coconut oil)
Lunch
Any protein with cut up avo. Tomato, cucumber, onions, peppers and generous
Amounts of banting mayonnaise and olive oil
Dinner
Piece of steak ( size of the palm of your hand – not size of your plate)
Cauliflower mash, broccoli and any other veg grown above the ground
Day 3 - Wednesday
Breakfast
Coconut milk smoothie with berries and some added coconut oil
Lunch
Vegetable soup( excellent soup available at Loafers low carb superstore)
With some seed crackers and avo
Dinner
Roast chicken with salad and lots of mayonnaise and olive oil
Day 4 - Thursday
Breakfast
Greek yoghurt with banting cereal ( Loafers has lots of choices of this)
And frozen berries with a drizzle ( yes only a drizzle) of honey
Lunch
Banting wrap( sold at Loafers) with chicken mayo or a filling of your choice
Dinner
Grilled oily fish with sweet potato chips( fried in coconut oil) and a lovely mixed green salad
Day 5 - Friday
Breakfast
Omelette with cheese tomato and mushrooms
Lunch
Cold meats and salads ( make sure avo in salad) ( cold meats must not be highly processed ones)
Dinner
Grilled chicken breast with Roasted medley of Mediterranean vegetables
( a little spoil of some dark 70% and over, dark chocolate)
Day 6 - Saturday
Breakfast
Banting breakfast muffins ( delicious options at loafers)
Lunch
Toasted sandwich made with Loafers banting seed loaf and a filling of your choice
Dinner
Banting beef lasagne ( best option in loafers freezer of excellent home made frozen meals)
Salad
Dessert: ( Weekend treat dessert) Low Carb French ice cream – many flavours ( at Loafers)
Day 7 - Sunday
Breakfast
Fried eggs, bacon, tomato and mushrooms
Lunch
Roast Meat ( pork a good option) with roast sweet potatoes and assorted vegetables
Dessert: Weekend treat – Loafers Low Carb delicious chocolate mousse ( best in town by far)
Dinner
Banting pizza ( made with crispy bases from Loafers ) and topped with all sorts of things
Ie: olives, avocado, feta cheese, salami, capers, artichokes, asparagus, mushrooms
