Banting / Low Carb Nachos are ideal for those snack times when everyone else is having chips and pretzels

Loafers cheddar thins – made with almond flour and cheddar cheese.

  • Any melting cheese ( not the processed type)
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole ( mashed up avocado)

Method

Place Loafers cheddar thins on a baking sheet and cover with melting cheese.

Place in the oven till cheese melts over.

Serve as usual nachos with salsa and guacamole
